Our teardown and recycling projects are always followed by certified aircraft maintenance engineers (AME) supervisors. Tasks are executed in compliance with the manufacturer's maintenance manual (AMM), and parts are identified using the manufacturer's parts catalog (IPC).
Upon request, we offer the following services:
- Complete or partial customise teardown solution worldwide;
- Engine performance and testing before removal (as requested);
- Boroscope inspection with completed digital report for your records (as requested);
- Engine preservation as request by customer before removing;
- Removal and transport preparation of Engines and APU;

Dismantling Service
Upon delivery of your aircraft to Dynajet Aviation, we will manage all operations from start to finish, ensuring all your requirements are met and the workspace is thoroughly cleaned.
Aircraft teardown and recycling is a complex task requiring meticulous preparation. The process begins with a customer meeting to analyze specific requirements and upon an agreement plan. Our specialized certified aircraft maintenance engineers (AME) and expert team manages every step, including environmental risk assessment, aircraft decontamination, and proper airframe preparation for the safe and eco recycling process.
Hazardous Fluid and Materials Management before work begins:
- Remaining fuel and hydraulic fluids are drained, vacuumed, and subsequently sent and approved recycling company.;
- Fuel tanks are vented for safety;
- Radioactive components are removed and sent to specialize appropriate recycling compagnie;
- Cabin and cargos are fully dismantled and waste are environmentally recycled
- Dangerous components such as fluorescent light tubes, batteries, and O2 generators are sent to an approved recycling company.
